I have been active all of my life and am passionate about fitness. I enjoy ice skating, hockey, hiking, and weight lifting. I have worked hard to transform my body. I believe through fitness you can become your best self. I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can achieve their fitness goals.

Personal Training and Group Classes
Through 2019, I am offering three FREE personal training sessions for new clients (one fitness assessment and two 1-on-1 one hour workouts). I customize your workout to fit your needs. I also offer a 6am group class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
