I have been active all of my life and am passionate about fitness. I enjoy ice skating, hockey, hiking, and weight lifting. I have worked hard to transform my body. I believe through fitness you can become your best self. I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can achieve their fitness goals.
How I Can Help
Personal Training and Group Classes
Come in and make your New Year's resolution a reality! I will work with you to design a comprehensive training plan to achieve your fitness goals. I provide 1-on-1 personal training sessions. Each workout is custom designed for you. Workout sessions are one hour long.
I also offer a one-hour small group class focused on circuit training. This is a great alternative if you want to work out with a friend!
